1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to mrlucky, a professionally managed and operated online entertainment platform for users in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mrlucky as the service provider.

2 Member Eligibility

Use of the mrlucky platform is limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. mrlucky reserves the right to verify each member's eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts found not to meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal gambling age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must act on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Use of the mrlucky platform must not violate local laws in the country where you reside. You are solely responsible for ensuring this.
• You are not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion list or responsible gambling programme that prohibits you from using gambling services.
• You have not previously been banned or suspended from the MrLucky platform for fraud or breach of terms.

3 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) mrlucky account. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. mrlucky reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including:

• A copy of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement)

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity occurring within your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

• Each member is only eligible to claim the same bonus once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the required rollover amount must first be met in accordance with the conditions set for each promotion.

• MrLucky reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus awarded if there is evidence of abuse, fraud or breach of terms.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the mrlucky platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Each game has its own rules, Return to Player (RTP) rate, and win odds.

• All game results are final. No appeals may be submitted against the outcome of a completed game.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, MrLucky reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original wager to the member's account.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or unfair methods to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Mrlucky is not responsible for failures in a member's internet connection or device that cause interruptions during gameplay.

7 Member Conduct

Mrlucky is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following behaviours are prohibited and may result in disciplinary action:

• Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of multiple accounts or sharing an account with another person.
• Abuse of the bonus system through wagering structured to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk.
• Threats, verbal abuse, or disrespectful behavior toward mrlucky support staff.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt mrlucky's systems.

Mrlucky reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and reporting to relevant authorities where necessary.

8 Account Closure

Members may close their MrLucky account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the account closure is processed, all available balances (excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the member.

Mrlucky also reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Recommendations or instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login.
• Requests from the member themselves under an exclusive self-exclusion responsible gaming programme.
• Detection of fraudulent activity or money laundering associated with the account in question.

9 Liability Limits

The mrlucky platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mrlucky makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

• Mrlucky is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• MrLucky's maximum total liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Mrlucky is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.
• Game results generated by a certified random number generator (RNG) are final and MrLucky bears no liability for those outcomes.

10 Data Privacy

Mrlucky takes member privacy very seriously. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and mrlucky.
